I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Propose & Implement scheme, idea concept for monthly promotion to push sales. 
• Develop CRM program and manage GS25 loyalty promotion and policy to attact more loyalty customers; develop promotion scheme and mechanic to drive ADS monthly/yearly.
• Propose idea and execute marketing activities for GS25 to increase traffic to stores , including  Brand activation activities, Brand collection launching.
• Follow up and coordinate with other department and internal Marketing to implementation the marketing activities for New product launching, Event and sponsorship. 
• Identify and propose potential partnership plans or collaborations to enhance the brand‘s exposure and appeal to the target audience.
• Develop and create a monthly communication plan that aligns with the brand‘s messaging and marketing calendar. 
• Supporting in producing brand‘s collaterals (brand collection, corporate profile, corporate video,..) in terms of content and idea execution 
• Team management: support Line Manager in recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure performance and productivity. 
• Budget control: develop and manage budgets for related marketing activities. 

 II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing trade marketing plans for a retail company.
• Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with other departments, especially Operation and Merchandise.
• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related majors.
• Marketing principles and best practices.
• Project management & Analytical skills.
• Customers & Detail oriented.
• Can manage and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
