JOB SUMMARY
Senior Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and revenue.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promotion Activation and Event
- Promotion program: coordinate with MD and OP to propose monthly promotion program/big promotion campaign to drive sales and revenue.
- Activation: coordinate with OP to propose activation activities to push sales including new store opening, new product launching, push sales activities,…
- Event: Collaborate with Line Manager to propose creative concepts for the company‘s major annual events, develop detailed operational plans, and provide guidance and supervision for team members throughout the execution process.
- Tracking & reporting: track the performance of promotion programs, and events; make report in weekly/monthly basic, recommend and take lead on appropriate actions for improvement.
2. POSM
- Coordinate with MD department, OP department, and Creative team to implement monthly POSM across stores in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Propose and execute POSM categories for various campaigns throughout the month, quarter, and year.
- Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure POSM is distributed to stores and events in the correct categories, quantities, and within the required timeframe.
3. Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiar with trade marketing initiatives, especially as they relate to the retail industry.
- Knowledge of printing materials and production techniques related to display products and events.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing for a retail company or event agency.
- Experience in working collaboratively with other departments.
- Prior experience in event agencies or event production agencies is preferred.
