JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take charge of recruitment activities for Head Office positions, especially mid to senior-level or newly established roles, based on weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring plans.
  • Implement and develop a Talent Pool to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates that supports the company’s expansion needs.
  • Execute recruitment campaigns through both internal and external channels to meet hiring targets as planned.
  • Monitor the team’s recruitment performance and propose solutions to optimize conversion rates and hiring quality.
  • Work closely with Department Heads/Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand manpower needs and provide timely, effective recruitment consultation.
  • Contribute to improving the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to strengthen brand visibility and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage recruitment contact channels (hotline, email, etc.), handle and respond to candidates’ inquiries.
  • Update and maintain the department’s organization chart.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and knowledge of employer branding practices.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment or from a Headhunting agency.
  • Priority for candidates who have recruited for Back Office roles in Retail, Convenience Store, or F&B companies.
