I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the growing human resource needs of the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent
- Train and mentor recruitment team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies throughout the hiring process, and update/develop recruitment policies and regulations for the Company.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques, including high-volume hiring.
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Time management skill.
