Inspect and monitor maintenance providers for GS25

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising the construction activities of contractors

• Directly monitor daily construction activities at the construction;
• Check and remind workers to comply with technical standards;
• Check the quality of supplies and materials using at the construction site;
• Work with construction team to ensure the construction progress;
• If violations of technical standards, quality and construction safety are detected, suspend the construction process to find out the cause and coordinate with other parties to handle it;
• Control the occupational safety and environmental sanitation at the assigned construction site;

Supervising the sub-contractors

• Check the detailed blueprint of the electrical system, ventilation - air condition system, water supply and drainage system - sanitary equipment, fire protection and prevention of the construction site;
• Monitor the construction process of sub-contractors, promptly detect violations in documents, organize construction and warning of potential risks;
• Coordinate and discuss with other parties to change the construction plan depending on the actual situation.

Coordinating in the construction acceptance

• Coordinate with relevant parties to accept the completed projects and accept the entire construction process (with main contractors and sub-contractors);
• Prepare the minutes of acceptance of quality and volume of the assigned work
• If the project does not meet the requirements, coordinate with the contractor to resolve it.

Other tasks

• Prepare and manage the construction quality documents;
• Prepare and check the payment documents with investors/ main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and construction teams;
• Prepare periodic work reports as required
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University - College majoring: Construction Engineering (civil and industrial), Construction Economics
• Experience in maintenance of F&B chains at least 2 years
• Ability to monitor, coordinate, and synthesize information well
• Computer: high proficient in using computer software: Auto CAD 2D/3D, MS Office…
• Understand technical drawings
• Dynamic and youthful spirit

• Ready to go on a business trip as required by the job
