I. JOB SUMMARY

Support the Site Development Department in handling administrative, legal, and reporting tasks related to business operations. This role is responsible for preparing documentation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for alcohol, beer, and tobacco business activities. The position also assists in contract management and data reporting to support overall site development operations.

II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Legal & Compliance Support

  • Support in preparing registration documents for alcohol, beer, and tobacco business licenses in accordance with Legal Department guidelines.
  • Submit and follow up on regulatory filings with relevant state authorities.
  • Monitor and maintain timelines for document processing and response deadlines from authorities.

2. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on alcohol, beer, and tobacco business activities to regulatory bodies.
  • Compile quarterly and annual sales reports related to regulated products.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and provide data analysis as requested by Line Manager.

3. Contract & Documentation Management

  • Support in reviewing business premises rental contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and archive contracts and legal documents in accordance with company regulations.

4. Coordination & Operations Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of site development activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and reports.

5. Others

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

III. REQUIREMENTS

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 3 year of experience in a similar position or related field.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations, preferably in convenience store chains or related industries.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
