I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- In charge of recruitment for Head Office (senior level or higher or new positions) based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests;
- Implement plans to develop potential talent pools to adapt the company’s growth rate;
- Implement the plan for both internal and external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA’s goal;
- Manage and tracking TA HO’s performance and optimize conversion rate to strive for recruitment outcomes;
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current situation and have appropriate solutions;
- Improve effectiveness and success in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees;
- Review and comment on recruitment processes to ensure the TA team always meets recruitment needs;
- Work with Employer Branding Team to enhance the talent pool;
- In charge of hotline and answering questions related to recruitment on channels;
- Responsible for updating the department organizational chart;
- Responsible for updating job descriptions of recruiting positions;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- At least 03 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Headhunt Service,…
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field;
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning;
- Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skill;
- Good sense of caring people and company culture.
- Strong communication skill;
- Strong passion with HR.
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
