Develop care and sales plans for Key Business Partners.
- Proactively seek new customers to expand the distribution network.
- Maintain relationships with Key Partners by visiting regularly and collecting feedback.
- Execute and Monitor Progress Related to Opening New Wholesale Points
Execute and Monitor Progress Related to Opening New Wholesale Points
- Based on the new point-of-sale launch plan, oversee progress for new openings.
- Proactively collaborate with other company departments and brands to ensure timely shelf stocking.
Analyze Business Performance and Develop Plans to Improve Business Efficiency
- Monitor sales performance; identify slow- and fast-moving items and collaborate with agents to advise effective solutions for boosting sales.
- Analyze sales reports within the area of responsibility (e.g., revenue, number of bills, average bill value); propose measures to increase sales.
- Proactively propose solutions to enhance business effectiveness to the Wholesale Sales Manager and the brands’ Marketing teams.
Propose and Forecast Inventory for Key Partners
- Work with agents to gather information on monthly/quarterly inventory demand forecasts.
- Plan new product offerings for existing partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing/VMD to complete the process of presenting new products.
- Complete inventory forecast proposals for Key Partners quarterly and send to the Supply Chain Department.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- At least 03 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG, retail industry, or related industries with expertise in B2B/Horeca sales channel.
- Responsible and reliable in work
- Graduated from College or University with a major in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, etc.
- Language: English – conversational level.
