JOB SUMMARY
The Store Designer is responsible for surveying store sites and developing detailed 2D and 3D layout designs that align with GS25 brand guidelines. This role requires close coordination with internal departments (Operations, Merchandising, HSE, QC, IT, etc.) to ensure consistent and high-quality store implementation. The designer will oversee and verify interior design execution to maintain brand standards across all locations.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site surveys and take accurate measurements of store locations to capture current conditions.
- Propose and develop 2D and 3D concepts for signage, façade, and interior layouts aligned with GS25’s brand identity.
- Present moodboards and design direction for flagship stores, including both interior and exterior concepts.
- Translate approved layouts into detailed technical drawings for construction and installation.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., MD, OP, Construction) to ensure all fixtures, furniture, and equipment are implemented as per the approved design.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes that align with the approved 3D concepts.
- Research and update new retail display and store design trends to enhance the customer experience and visual identity of GS25 stores.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to line managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate work completed by interior design vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with approved concepts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Strong knowledge of architectural drawing and retail space planning.

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in designing layouts/concepts for retail chains or convenience store formats.

Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Photoshop, etc.

Skilled in 3D visualization and rendering.

Deep understanding of interior design, furniture, graphic elements, and finishing materials.

Portfolio submission is required with application.

Detail-oriented, creative, and meticulous in design execution.

Hardworking and agile; able to meet tight deadlines.
