I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Conducts weekly meetings with related Operations Manager
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR functional teams to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Participate in solving complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Provides guidance and input on Operation Department restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Identifies training needs for Operation Department and coaching needs
- Other assigned tasks
I. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 03-year in HR field (in retail market is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor code, Familiar with HR operation process and Compensation & Benefits activities
- Business Acumen
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation
- Have conflict management skills, management thinking and accountability.
- Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning, and quick adaptation;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
