I. Main Roles & Responsibilities

Survey and evaluate potential sites for new convenience store locations.

Prepare documentation, leasing contracts, and handle administrative tasks for the Site Development Department.

Coordinate with the Construction Department to identify and resolve any issues during construction and handover.

Conduct business trips to provinces as needed, including evaluation of night markets or local market conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address issues arising after store facilities are ready for operation.

Monitor and follow up on store performance for up to six months after opening.

Perform other tasks as assigned.
II. Job Requirements
Education & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Strong understanding of site development processes and established connections with property brokers.
Experience
-
Experience in Real Estate, Site Development for chain stores, or as SM/ASM in convenience store operations.
Skills & Abilities

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and hard-working.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Background in finance and experience in retail or real estate is advantageous.
