- Content checking and handling of Trading terms that are wrong;
- Monitor and synthetic Trading term which was expired then announce to MD for updating;
- Per quarter, contact the supplier to compare invoices based on Trading term to calculate rebate and support items;
- Report rebate collection and generated reports;
- Check account 133, 3331 and close the book at the end of the month;
- Monitor items must be collected in account No. 331, 131 and remind items to be out of date, and bad debts;
- (Quarter + Year) audit reconciliation and confirmation;
- Receive and process jobs which cannot be processed by team members;
- Training & Coaching staff.
