1. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, processes, and quality standards for all products and services.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the scope of Quality Control (QC).
Manage and supervise the QC team to ensure effective performance and quality outcomes.
2. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Control Activities

Develop monthly QC inspection plans and supervise inspections at stores to ensure compliance with GS25 Vietnam standards.

Identify and investigate root causes of quality-related issues, especially those impacting food safety.

Review and evaluate SOPs, proposing improvements to enhance quality control processes.

Monitor and advise on food safety risks at store level, providing practical solutions to prevent unsafe conditions.

Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure food safety for all Food Service products sold in stores.

Propose process enhancements to improve overall product quality.
Regulatory Compliance & Food Safety Inspection

Stay updated on current food safety laws and regulations.

Handle procedures related to food safety certification and licensing as required.

Manage and support inspections conducted by government authorities regarding food hygiene and safety.

Provide guidance and consultation to store staff when facing inspections from regulatory agencies.
Training & Development

Plan and deliver onboarding and technical training for new QC staff.

Conduct training programs on quality awareness, control methods, analytical techniques, and food safety standards for relevant teams.
Policy Compliance

Adhere to all working procedures, company policies, and internal regulations.
Other Duties

Perform additional tasks assigned by the QC Manager.

Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc quality control reports.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related fields.

Knowledge of quality management systems in the food industry (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
Experience
-
At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the F&B or retail industry.
Skills & Abilities
-
Strong communication, listening, and team coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

English proficiency (verbal and written) is an advantage.
