1. Quality control activities
- Analyze the result of checking food safety hygiene, propose the improvement plan for each division of store
- Follow up other programs (5S, water testing, food safety & hygiene training, health examination ...) according to regulation requirements
- Keep in touch with local authority organizations to get the necessary information, supports or documents as well as to follow up and carry out the designated tasks
- Prepare dossiers and work with authorities
- Summarize the monthly report on quality control
- Make an action plan and ensure to get certificates on time
2. Supporting Store
- Support store in food safety hygiene improvement
- Carry out the report related to 5S at store
- Conducting training on food safety and hygiene
3. Rules & Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations
- Check, monitor, remind and guide OFC to follow the rules and regulations
4. Other duties
- Others tasks or responsibilities as assigned by line manager
- Make periodical and report on foods safety and hygiene as required
5. Requirement
- University degree, preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties
- Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO9000/5S/, ...).
- Minimum 05 year working in quality assurance / quality control / fresh foods receiving / fresh
- Self disciplined with ability to work under high pressure
