I. JOB SUMMARY

Be responsible for developing, implementing, and controlling regulations, processes, and quality standards for products and store operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to establish and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the QC scope. Manage and supervise the QC team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and operational excellence.

II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supplier Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all suppliers provide products in compliance with Food Safety regulations, GS 25 Vietnam standards, and Vietnamese legal requirements.
  • Manage and provide product quality documentation; coordinate with government inspection authorities at stores and Head Office when required.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits to ensure compliance with company standards.

2. Product Documentation Control

  • Monitor and ensure all products sold at GS 25 Vietnam have complete, valid, and up-to-date documentation.

  • Provide consultation and support to suppliers in preparing and completing product documentation before product listing.

3. Food Safety Issue Handling

  • Investigate, monitor, and resolve complaints related to food safety issues at stores.

  • Support and follow up corrective actions for food safety incidents to ensure proper resolution and preventive measures.

4. Store Food Safety Control & Compliance

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational standards.

  • Support store inspection and appraisal activities; evaluate, remind, and recommend corrective actions for food safety risks.

  • Ensure water testing records, employee health check records, and food safety training certificates are complete and compliant with regulations.

  • Monitor temperature logs, processing logs, and quarantine records to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

  • Ensure new store facilities comply with hygiene, food safety regulations, and GS 25 Vietnam standards before operation.

5. Other Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management/Control, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO, FSSC, or equivalent standards.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within Retail, F&B chains, manufacturing factories, or related industries.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills and logical thinking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical/analytical tools.
