I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly compare orders between orders and delivery notes with suppliers, ensuring accuracy in quality, model specifications and appearance of product before importing warehouse which must be following GS 25 Vietnam standard
• Store handover documents according to regulations
• Directly inspect quality and prepare goods, vehicle quality inspection records. Classify goods (passable goods, defective goods, exchange goods...) and return goods to suppliers.
• Regularly monitor, report, and propose methods to resolve problems that arise for orders during the import goods process
• Make sure to arrange warehouse goods properly according to GS 25 Vietnam standard.
• Others requirement by directly supervisor

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Education and Knowledge

• Graduated from a relevant University or College. 

2. Experience

• Minimum 1 year working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail;
• Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...) is a plus.

3. Skills and Abilities

• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Communication skills, logical thinking;
• Proficient in office computer and statistical tools.

4. Other characteristics

• Willingness to move according to job requirements;
• Honest, enthusiastic, meticulous with work.

Working Location:

- South: Nguyễn Văn Linh, Bình Đông, HCM.

Working time: 6 days/ week, Shift.
