1. Quality Assurance activities
- Ensure all Food products safe;
- Improvement of procedures, regulations, and forms;
2. Handle non-conforming product issues
- Understand production process and make a plan to control quality from pre-production to finished products;
- Investigate and monitor and resolve complaints related to food safety issues of products at the store (RCA, CAPA….).
3. Supporting Supplier
- Visit factories in case of need to collaborate with them to solve quality issues;
- Evaluate factory.
4. Testing
- Evaluate steady of product by a product monitoring program;
- Understand clearly about food safety law;
- Handle testing (water test, food test, test shelf-life…).
5. Rules & Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations;
- Check, monitor, remind and guide OFC to follow the rules and regulations.
6. Other duties
Others tasks or responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
