Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance Activities
-
Understand and stay up to date with relevant regulations related to quality documentation.

Ensure all products comply with Vietnam’s legal and regulatory requirements.

Follow up on regulatory programs (e.g., tracking files, internal apps) as required.

Monitor and manage the expiry dates of quality documents.
2. Supplier Support
-
Provide consultation and support to suppliers to ensure compliance with required quality standards.

Assist suppliers in preparing and submitting proper quality documentation.
3. QC (Store) Support
-
Work closely with store QC teams to provide necessary documentation and ensure proper quality control procedures are followed.
4. Rules & Regulations Compliance
-
Follow all working procedures, company policies, and internal regulations.

Monitor and guide Merchandisers (MDs) and suppliers in complying with company rules and legal requirements.
5. Other Duties
-
Perform other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Education & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
-
Solid understanding of food quality systems and standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, 5S, etc.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or working with fresh food receiving/inspection.
Skills & Abilities

Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Personal Characteristics

Willing to travel or relocate as required by the job.
