I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The PR Team Leader will be responsible for supporting brand team and marketing team in developing and implementing strategic communication plans
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and KOC planning that align with the marketing and communications goals and objectives
- Organize and execute PR events, press trips, and collaborations with celebrities and local influencers
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to develop proactive communication strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, celebrities, and influencers
- Coordinate and manage media and influencer inquiries, interviews, and press conference
- Draft and distribute influencer, press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to secure media coverage
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, celebrities influencer, social media posts, and website (corporate) content.
- Ensure all communication content is consistent with the organization's brand voice and messaging.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage public perception and stakeholder relationships
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchandise/Marketing/Operation
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset and track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
