I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible to manage the store's merchandise display for increase sales

• Manage the store's merchandise display.
• Changes should be made, displays should be evaluated, and the OP department should be guided to display in accordance with industry standards.
• Survey customer needs and psychology in collaboration with OP and Marketing.
• Provide market and commodity strategy advice to MD.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or as an MD is required.

Skills and Abilities

• Understanding goods as well as customer psychology is essential.
• Skills in data analysis.
• Good at communication and presentation skills.
