I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Enhancing the Efficiency of Sales Activities

  • Promote systematic sales activities by activating various sales and management indicators.
  • Support efficient business execution by providing data-driven guidelines according to the sales execution strategy.
  • Improve and simplify inefficient work processes.

Provision of Sales Activity Solutions

  • Provide DB-based sales solutions considering local conditions.
  • Enhance sales activities by establishing and operating new sales indicators.

Support for Enhancing the Competencies of the Sales Organization

  • Improve job competencies by supporting ESPA activities and initiatives to improve underperforming areas.
  • Expand the sales perspective through follow-up and review of sales activities.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, sales management techniques, and performance 
    measurement methods.
  • Understanding of various sales models (e.g., B2B, B2C) and their application methods.
  • Training in the principles of business strategy formulation and execution.
  • Understanding of strategic tools such as SWOT analysis and Porter‘s Five Forces 
    analysis.
  • Methods for deriving insights through the analysis of sales data and metrics.
  • Training in effective research techniques and methodologies for analysis.
  • Financial analysis methods for evaluating sales performance.
  • Effective presentation skills and report writing abilities.
  • Techniques for clearly communicating sales strategies and performance to stakeholders
