I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for developing new items and improving current items as well;
- Responsible for buying various goods and sourcing raw materials and improving margins and maintaining lowest cost products;
- Inspect all products for quality, quantity and grade;
- Establish professional customer/vendor relationship;
- Research products, document competitive bidding;
- Provide a market condition forecast to management;
- Needed interests and curiosities for Korea current trends and food cultures.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience of Food Service as Fresh Food Merchandiser;
- Knowledge to control FF Factory in terms of food safety;
- Experience in sourcing all materials related with Food Service to cut down the price and save the cost, ultimately to increase the GP.
