- Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;
- Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarize, meeting;
- Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales…;
- Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram
- Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc.…;
- Store visiting round and communication
- Running sales promotion plans;
- Communication and announcement to other departments;
- Reference for practical use
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Graduated from College/University in relevant field and has a deep knowledge about Retail or FMCG market situation
- At least 07 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in general (focus mainly on Beverage and Snack)
- Searching for new supplier, negotiation skill, analytical ability
- Willingness to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers
- Sense of sociable, positive, commitment and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and suppliers
- Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
- Good command of English and computer skills. (priority).
