I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Develop and manage product and supplier plans.
2. Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers.
3. Implement and monitor strategies to achieve revenue, product margin, and rebate targets.
4. Work with suppliers to handle issues related to goods, delivery, and documentation.
5. Conduct market research, evaluate, and source potential products and suppliers.
6. Propose, develop, and manage products, including pricing, in/out strategies, revenue tracking, inventory management, and improvement plans.
7. Execute and oversee product layout and POG implementation.
8. Set up and implement promotion programs based on supplier schemes.
9. Select partners for in-store advertising services.
10. Other tasks related to MD Team
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1. Bachelor‘s degree in a related field
2. Has 3 years of experience in the food industry and 4 years of experience in FMCG and retail market, Retail market understanding
Strong Merchandise Planning and Data analysis skills
3. Good communication and negotiation skills
4. Leadership and Human Resource Management skills
5. Detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure.
