I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Category Managemen
- Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy;
- R&D new product of beverage, fresh food categories;
- Conduct frequent market research/report for new products and pricing…. to ensure range selection meet customer needs;
- Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit
Promotion
- Create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events;
- Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns;
- Make sure sufficient stocks and proper POSM during promotion time
Supplier Management
- Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy;
- Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms;
- Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding;
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Minimum 05 years’ working experience in F&B, factory or retail merchandising
- Well knowledge on merchandising and relationship in supply chain;
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process of factory
- Quick learning, willing to take up challenges
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
- Good command of English and computer skills. (priority).
