I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Searching for new supplier;
- Negotiation: new product, promotion, basic sale, contract condition;
- Sharing negotiations result: reporting, summarize, meeting;
- Analyzing supplier performance: products, rebates, sales…;
- Floor planning: sales analyses, zoning, layout, planogram;
- Control product variation and replacement: preparing products and shelves parts, etc.…;
- Store visiting round and communication;
- Running sales promotion plans;
- Communication and announcement to other departments;
- Reference for practical use;
- Other job as assigned by Line Manager
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Graduated from College/University in relevant field;
- Deep knowledge about FMCG market situation
- At least 2 years of experience as Purchasing or Buyer in Supermarket/CVS/Retail
- Searching for new supplier, negotiation skill, analytical ability;
- Willingness to try new categories. Aggressiveness to find new categories and suppliers;
- Sense of sociable, positive, commitment and communication ability with other departments, stores, buyers, and
suppliers; - Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment;
- Good command of English and computer skills. (Priority)
- Detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure;
- Handle situations quickly and coordinate well with each MD
