I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Lead promotional activities for the event;
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers;
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports;
- Oversee and check marketing material, especially offline materials e.g. events, POSM, Prints, etc.;
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
- Coordinate all operations. Supervise all staffs and suppliers (event coordinators, caterers etc.). Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years+ in marketing industry, 2 – 3 years+ in similar position;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- A knack for problem-solving
- A team player with leadership skills
- Well-versed in marketing, especially POSM and events
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong planning skills, high competent in verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead and manage stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with both internal and external teams
- Ability to work under pressure of a very fast pace environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Good presentation skills and competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
