Job Summary
The Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and supplier order planning to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods to GS25 stores. This role acts as a key liaison between warehouses, suppliers, and internal departments to support smooth store operations, especially during new store openings, promotional campaigns, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management

Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities at the warehouse to ensure timely processing.

Track warehouse KPIs and productivity to ensure performance meets company standards.

Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse teams to align logistics operations with business plans (e.g., store openings, events, and promotions).

Proactively identify and resolve issues between stores, suppliers, and the warehouse.

Track delivery schedules for new items, equipment, and store supply requests; ensure timely follow-up.

Participate in monthly and quarterly stocktaking and reconciliation with the warehouse partner (CJ).
Order Planning

Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules based on business needs.

Coordinate and update internal departments on supplier delivery progress.

Track the status and allocation of new SKUs in accordance with internal processes and timelines.
General Administration

Manage and maintain relevant logistics documentation and records.

Prepare reports as required by direct management.

Escalate issues and provide timely updates to supervisors when necessary.
Requirements
Education & Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Knowledge of logistics operations and retail or convenience store supply chains is a plus.
Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order planning.

Experience working with third-party logistics providers is preferred.
Skills & Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse management software.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
