I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage and use the company‘s seal, the name and position of the company‘s legal representative in accordance with internal regulations and rules.
- Save originals/ stamped copies of documents according to internal regulations and report to superiors.
- Check the legitimacy of the documents before stamping, to ensure compliance with the company‘s regulations.
- Manage, give number, track for contracts and other documents circulated internally and externally.
- Organize, save, manage and provide relevant departments with the Company‘s data and documents.
- To manage the storage of the Company‘s licenses (including: Certificate of food satety conditions, Certificate of liquor/tobacco retail/wholesale, Certificate of insurance) and lease contracts, ensuring such documents are fully recorded out and promptly provided to relevant departments.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as directed by superiors.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Legal.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Graduated from College of Clerical Assistant or Law.
- Have at least 01 year of experience in similar position
- Know how to use office applications (Word, Excel, ...) on computers.
- Ability to filter records and check large number of records.
- Honest and careful
