I. WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

Capability Development & Program Design

- Design and develop capability frameworks and training program for key roles

- Translate business priorities (expansion, productivity, compliance) into structured learning programs

- Own the design of key programs: Onboarding; Operation capability

- Define learning journey, curriculum structure, and assessment logic

Talent Development & HO Capability

- Design & Implement talent development initiatives for Head Office, include: Leadership development programs; Functional capability programs; High-potential programs

- Build and maintain career development frameworks and learning pathways

- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on: Talent indentification; Succession planning; Individual development plans

Learning System & Govenance

- Build and standardize learning system and frameworks, including:

  • SOP – Based learning
  • E-learning platform and learning pathways
  • Training materials and knowledge repository

- Define and enforce training standards and guidelines

- Work closely with Training team (Operations) to ensure:

  • Consistent deployment
  • Align with L&D frameworks

- Monitor Training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions

L&D team Leadership & Development

- Lead and develop L&D team members to ensure effective execution of L&D initiatives

- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability in:

  • Program design
  • Stakeholder management
  • Learning solution development

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field;
  • Knowledge of Training program design; Learning system / framework development; Cross-functional project leadership;
  • At least 4 years of experience in Learning & Development. Experience in retail / F&B / multi-site operations is preferred;
  • Strong system thinking; program design capability; stakeholder management;  communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions; 
  • Experience in e-learning / LMS is an advantage;
  • Good sense of caring people and company culture;
  • Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skills;
  • Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
