Job Description:

Manage and assign tasks to the Inventory Planning team to ensure purchase orders are placed on time and with accurate quantities.

Monitor order progress and evaluate supplier performance.

Coordinate with related departments, suppliers, and warehouses to handle issues.

Control inventory: safety stock levels, stock-outs, overstock, new items, and promotion items.

Track new store opening plans and promotional programs, and adjust ordering plans when needed.

Monitor daily stock reconciliation between the 3PL system and GS25.

Prepare and present inventory performance reports to senior management.

Train and support team members on processes and inventory management skills.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in FMCG or retail.

Team management experience and good understanding of WMS systems.

Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and pay attention to detail.

Strong leadership, observation, and demand forecasting skills; able to work under pressure.

Basic English communication or higher.
