I. Main Responsibilities
1. Order Planning
-
Follow ordering plan for warehouse stock.

Create and manage purchase orders by assigned suppliers and delivery notes (transactions) including dates, quantities, and notations on order fulfillment history into internal databases.

Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues (holds, shortages, etc.) on the order.

Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
2. Inventory Control
-
Checking for uploading of proof of deliveries for all purchase orders into system, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

Control inventory, expire date of warehouse stocks.

Record and report the suppliers quality service, timeline of delivery for related department.

Monitor stock return from suppliers , Stores.
II. Requirements
Education & Knowledge
-
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations; working experience in logistics is an advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or order planning.
Skills
-
Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.

Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
