Main Roles & Responsibilities

Follow the ordering plan to ensure sufficient stock levels in the warehouse.

Create and manage purchase orders (POs) with assigned suppliers, including handling delivery notes, tracking fulfillment history, and updating internal databases.

Schedule orders and resolve order-related issues such as holds or shortages.

Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Verify and ensure timely uploading of Proof of Delivery (POD) for all POs in the system.

Maintain accurate and updated records of product purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
-
Manage inventory control, including monitoring stock expiry dates.

Track and report supplier performance in terms of delivery timelines and service quality.

Monitor return processes from suppliers and stores.
-
Maintain and organize documents and records efficiently.

Prepare and submit reports based on work requirements and management requests.

Promptly report any problems or issues to direct managers.
Job Requirements
Education and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
-
Knowledge or experience in Logistics is an advantage.
Experience
-
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics or related fields.

Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and ordering processes is preferred.
Skills and Abilities

Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Excel/Word.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional telephone manner.
