1. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Events Management
- Implementation & execution of internal events;
- Work closely with external agencies/vendors: briefing, managing timelines, ensuring quality delivery and budget control.
- Proactively develop event concepts, themes, and program flow aligned with business objectives. Oversee end-to-end event operations: logistics, run-of-show, manpower, and risk management.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
- Design and implement engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, recognition, and offboarding.
- Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose actionable improvements.
- Continuously enhance employee experience across key touchpoints.
- Propose improvements to communication channels and formats
Employer Branding Collaboration
- Support internal campaigns aligned with employer branding strategies
- Contribute ideas and content (employee stories, images, videos) to amplify internal culture externally
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Measure effectiveness of engagement initiatives and events (participation rate, feedback, satisfaction, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and employee feedback
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in employee engagement and event management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
2. REQUIREMENTS
- University/college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field;
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.

Minimum 02 years of experience in Event Management, Employee Engagement, or Employer Branding;
- Prior experience in event agencies or managing large-scale events is highly preferred.
