I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Understand work processes, and ensure all stores follow company policies and procedures through in-store audits.
- Check CCTV when there are signs of fraud from employees and handle it promptly.
- Check sales revenue and cash at the store (Sudden check).
- Inspect the store for displays, goods, canceled goods, personnel, and services when directed by the Manager.
- Manage and audit security guards to ensure compliance with company regulations and policies to ensure that security guards comply with regulations.
- Perform inventory at the store when directed by the manager.
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Education & Knowledge: Bachelor’s or College degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Internal Audit or a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG industry. Available for weekly store visit and business travel
