I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design and implement various compensation policies, and regulations.
- Design compensation and benefits strategy, the objective is drawn from the overall business strategy
- Manage budget and plan salary, bonus, and benefits strategies
- Ensuring compliance across HR functions
- Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs and the support of the bonus program process.
- Assist in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure; company recognition programs;
- Develop and maintain salary range structures, establishes cost effective allowances and establishes market-based benefits;
- Advise on best practices of commercial business rewards programs and assist as needed
- Responsible for assessing any reward compliance related matters, offering advice on key subjects.
- Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans.
- Partner with the HR team and leadership on the review of all total reward packages.
- Act as business partner in Setting up new KPI sets for new team/ Dept; reviewing KPI sets, manage process of Goals setting, Performance Evaluation twice per year (In collaboration with HRPB & Business leaders)
- Managed C&B operation tasks and strategy including managing, tracking, reviewing, and proposing actions to achieve C&B‘s goal.
- Tracking HR labor costs and other HR-related expenses is effectively used to meet the business operational demand as well as under the budget control manner
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field;

Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor code, Familiar with HR operation process and Compensation & Benefits activities
- At least 7 years in relevant positions in C&B and Total rewards roles
