Responsible for managing and enhancing GS25 Vietnam’s Employer Branding channels through strategic content creation and recruitment marketing activities to strengthen employer brand presence and attract potential talent.

I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• In charge of Managing GS25 Vietnam's Recruitment Brand channels, planning, creating ideas, design and content for photo/video promoting the GS25 Vietnam Recruitment Brand to potential candidate groups;
• Track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of posts, ensuring KPIs on views, video interactions and channel followers;
• Learn and research trends in the recruitment market and workers to develop new topics and content suitable for platforms;
• Participate in brainstorming ideas for other activities to promote the GS25 Vietnam Recruitment Brand to the community (School Relations, Clubs, Student Groups,...)
• Standard requirements for image and style meet the employer's brand ambassador criteria;
• Other tasks as requested by the line manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS 

• Graduated from college/university; 
• Have a development orientation in the field of Recruitment Branding in particular, Marketing Communications or Human Resources & Recruitment in general
• At least 1 year of experience in building and implementing communication activities on social platforms for businesses.  

Skills and Abilities 

• Ability to read, understand and analyze indicators and trends on social platforms; 
• Skills in writing short video scripts, skills in filming, editing, and editing videos using creative tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Canva or other online tools); 
• Communication skills, conveying information fluently;
• Candidates have the ability to participate in acting and voice-over of short videos.
