I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Provide customer support, resolve customer issues and check in to spot any cross- or upselling
opportunities - Keep customer engaged and regularly visit GS25
- Build customer loyalty and reduce churn
- Keep a high-level view of the entire customer support process
- Foster a customer-centric team environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Has experience in Retail industry is an advantage
- Technical skills related to the use of the product or service
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience, customer
intelligence - Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
