I. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee and manage the construction of GS25 stores from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

2. Develop construction schedules, budgets, and execution plans; closely monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed.

3. Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

4. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of construction activities.

6. Review store design documents, drawings, and technical specifications before submitting to the Head of I&C for approval of the basic store concept.

7. Communicate and report construction progress, timelines, and issues to internal and external stakeholders, and proactively address arising concerns.

8. Conduct site visits at project kickoff and randomly during construction to ensure quality control and resolve on-site issues.

9. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Education & Knowledge

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements.

3. Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.

4. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant applications.

Experience

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management; experience with retail store chains is a strong advantage.

2. Strong hands-on construction and project management capability.
