JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing branding activities, including new store openings, monthly promotions, events, brand communications, and partnership initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring brand consistency and visibility across all customer touchpoints.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Branding

  • Develop creative briefs for POSMs (Point of Sale Materials) and social media content to guide the Creative team in producing aligned branding materials.

  • Ensure all brand communications are consistent with brand guidelines.

Events & Promotions

  • Plan and execute branding activities for new store launches, product introductions, and special events.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage event logistics from production through to on-site execution.

  • Supervise and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables for each event.

Others

  • Support brand partnership initiatives as assigned.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.


REQUIREMENTS

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and communication strategies.

  • Familiarity with event planning and execution processes.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Prior experience in retail branding or event coordination is an advantage.
